Good morning, I would like to thank you for the sensational service you afforded me on Thursday 24th April. I spoke with a lady on the telephone and asked her for help with a gift for our 21st wedding anniversary (which is brass) and asked if it was possible for a really quick delivery as our anniversary was on Friday 25th April. She took note of my details and the engraving for the ingot and said we should receive it on Saturday morning.
